My path for most of my adult life centered around technology and creativity. Even though I've spent a large portion of my life as a webmaster and graphic designer, I've always been drawn to metaphysical concepts and had a strong desire to understand how the human mind works.

I had what I consider to be my first spiritual awakening when I discovered the movie/book The Secret that teaches about the Law of Attraction and the power of using your thoughts to manifest the life you want. It was then that I had an inner knowing that there was more to that concept that I needed to discover.

I began to dive into books about the universal laws, the subconscious mind, and all things metaphysical and manifestation. I was fascinated, to say the least. I found that I felt the most energized and excited when I could share what I was learning with others in order to help them have more positive outcomes in their lives.

2017 brought many challenges for me and quite a bit of change in my life. It was during this time that I began to use meditation and go within. Through many years of study, I know how powerful the mind is at making life worse when you are already in a difficult situation.

I began a daily meditation practice not quite understanding the power of meditation. After a few weeks of this daily routine, I began to see energy and light with my mind's eye. I didn’t know it at the time but my third eye was opening and becoming active because of my meditation routine. Little did I know I was raising my vibration and shifting my frequency.

One day as I sat quietly in a dark room in meditation, I began to hear a voice in my head. It sounded like me, but it wasn’t me. The most beautiful and soothing words began to flow into my mind in a steady stream that was not coming directly from me. I was told that day that I had a guardian angel who was there with me, wrapping me in love and guiding me through the challenges I was experiencing. It was the most loving and wonderful experience I’ve ever had.

Of course, I questioned whether I was making it up or if it was actually real. I decided to give it another go the next day and once again, I was able to connect with my guides. I continued this connection almost every day, and to this day, I still have an extremely strong connection with my spirit guides and higher self. A regular meditation practice was the key in allowing me to raise my frequency high enough to establish communication with my higher guidance.

This was the start of a massive awakening for me and beginning to remember who I really am. My journey led me to understand that I am not simply a human having one linear life experience, but a soul who’s here at this time to have an experience on earth and assist in the amazing shift in consciousness we are all experiencing. I've had many past lives and will continue to have many, many more.

I began to find and connect with so many beautiful souls in various stages of their own awakening who helped me to connect more of the dots of who I am, who I have been and who I am becoming. I began to dive deeper in energy healing work and have since discovered that I have done this type of work in many of my own past lives. What has come to me so easily in this lifetime is due to working with energy and understanding the laws of consciousness in many other lifetimes.

My mission is to help others through their own awakenings by sharing what I've learned and through using powerful healing modalities such as Quantum Healing Hypnosis and energy healing. I want everyone to experience a strong connection with their own higher guidance teams so they can step into their best lives with more ease and flow.
